Prof. Monika Szaraniec, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Economics in Kraków (KUE), together with the Team, is delighted to invite you to a webinar dedicated to the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services from and to Poland. We will shed some light on the latest developments in that area of labour mobility (in which Poland is the second largest sending Member States in the EU) – in the Polish context. Some recent trends and challenges, including the recent major overhaul of the Act on the National Labour Inspection [PIP] and its consequences to the Polish labour market (and to the posting of workers) will also be discussed.
Please note that the first part of the webinar will be held in English and the second one – in Polish – to enable the maximum number of people to follow it online. No prior registration is required – to take part, please use the Teams link provided above.

Dr hab. Monika Szaraniec, Prof. UEK, dziekan Kolegium Prawa Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie (UEK), wraz z Zespołem ma przyjemność zaprosić Państwa na webinarium poświęcone delegowaniu pracowników w ramach świadczenia usług z Polski i do Polski. Omówimy najnowsze zmiany w tej dziedzinie mobilności pracowników, (w której Polska jest drugim co do wielkości państwem wysyłającym pracowników w UE) – w polskim kontekście. Przedstawione zostaną również najnowsze trendy i wyzwania, w tym najnowszy projekt nowelizacji ustawy o Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy (PIP) oraz jej konsekwencje dla polskiego rynku pracy (i delegowania pracowników).
Prosimy o zwrócenie uwagi, że pierwsza część webinarium odbędzie się w języku angielskim, a druga – w języku polskim – aby umożliwić jak największej liczbie osób śledzenie go online.
